I sent tokens to my fomo wallet but they are not showing up

What to do when tokens transferred from another wallet or exchange do not appear in the app.

If you sent tokens to your fomo wallet address and they are not showing in the app, the most common cause is a network mismatch. fomo supports deposits on Solana, Base, BNB Chain, Monad, and Ethereum. If you sent tokens on a different network, they will not appear in the app even though the transaction confirmed on the blockchain.

fomo only supports USDC deposits through the in-app deposit flow. If you sent a different token to your fomo wallet address, it may not display in the app depending on the token. Verified and widely traded tokens on supported networks generally appear. Other tokens may require exporting your private key and using an external wallet to access them.

If you believe you sent USDC on a supported network and it still has not appeared, check the transaction on the block explorer for that network to confirm it was delivered to the correct address. If everything checks out, contact support with the transaction hash and the network you sent on.
