If you sent tokens to your fomo wallet address and they are not showing in the app, the most common cause is a network mismatch. fomo supports deposits on Solana, Base, BNB Chain, Monad, Ethereum, Robinhood Chain, and Arc.

If you sent tokens on a different network, they will not appear in the app even though the transaction confirmed on the blockchain.

If you sent USDC on a supported network and the amount is small, check the minimum for that network. The Deposit screen shows it when you select the network. Ethereum's is the highest and it can change, so if you are topping up it is worth clearing it comfortably rather than landing right at the line.

On Base, BNB Chain, Monad and Robinhood Chain the minimum that credits to your cash balance is 0.50, and Solana has none.

Below the minimum the funds stay at your deposit address until a top-up on the same network takes the total over the line, and reopening the app does not change that.

An Ethereum deposit can wait while Ethereum network fees are high. The step that credits it is committed on Ethereum, so when gas spikes it waits rather than paying the spike, and the app can show the deposit as pending or as failed to process in the meantime.

The funds sit at your deposit address, which is your own wallet. While fees are high, re-sending or reopening the app does not move it along. Once fees ease, the deposit moves while the app is open; if it is still waiting well after that, contact support with the transaction hash.

The in-app deposit flow credits USDC on Solana, Base, BNB Chain, Monad, Ethereum and Arc, and USDG on Robinhood Chain, to your cash balance. USDT you send shows up in your wallet as a USDT holding rather than in your cash balance; USDC on that network is what lands in cash.

If you sent a different token to your fomo wallet address, it may not display in the app depending on the token. Verified and widely traded tokens on supported networks generally appear.

Other tokens may require exporting your private key and using an external wallet to access them.

If you believe you sent USDC on a supported network and it still has not appeared, check the transaction on the block explorer for that network to confirm it was delivered to the correct address. If everything checks out, contact support with the transaction hash and the network you sent on.
