If you sent tokens to your fomo wallet address and they are not showing in the app, the most common cause is a network mismatch. fomo supports deposits on Solana, Base, BNB Chain, Monad, Ethereum, and Robinhood Chain. If you sent tokens on a different network, they will not appear in the app even though the transaction confirmed on the blockchain.
If you sent USDC on a supported network and the amount is small, check the minimum for that network. On Ethereum it is currently 15 USDC, and it can change, so if you are topping up it is worth clearing it comfortably rather than landing right at the line. On Base, BNB Chain, Monad and Robinhood Chain the minimum that credits to your cash balance is 0.50, and Solana has none. Below the minimum the funds stay at your deposit address until a top-up on the same network takes the total over the line, and reopening the app does not change that.

The in-app deposit flow credits USDC on Solana, Base, BNB Chain, Monad, and Ethereum, and USDG on Robinhood Chain. USDT is also a supported deposit token. If you sent a different token to your fomo wallet address, it may not display in the app depending on the token. Verified and widely traded tokens on supported networks generally appear. Other tokens may require exporting your private key and using an external wallet to access them.
If you believe you sent USDC on a supported network and it still has not appeared, check the transaction on the block explorer for that network to confirm it was delivered to the correct address. If everything checks out, contact support with the transaction hash and the network you sent on.
