To withdraw your cash balance to a bank account, tap the three dots next to your Cash balance, select Withdraw, then choose Bank account. Enter the amount, your bank account number, and routing number. Review the details and confirm.
Bank withdrawals require identity verification. The first time you initiate a bank withdrawal, you will be guided through a verification process. Once verified, future withdrawals go through without needing to verify again.
Bank withdrawals are available for US bank accounts. Users outside the US can withdraw their balance as crypto instead by choosing Crypto wallet in the same Withdraw flow.
There are two withdrawal speeds: Fast withdrawals arrive the same day when initiated between 9 AM and 5 PM ET on a business day; this route has additional fees. The time it takes for a withdrawal to complete also depends on whether the destination bank participates in the RTP (Real-Time Payments) network. Transfers to RTP network banks typically complete within about an hour, while non-RTP network banks may take 1–3 business days. Regular withdrawals take 1 to 3 business days. Withdrawal timelines are calculated based on business days only, which include Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Weekends and holidays do not count toward business days. For example, if you initiate a withdrawal on a Monday and a federal holiday falls on Wednesday, only Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday would count toward the three-day window.
