To withdraw your cash balance to a bank account, open the mobile app, tap the three dots next to your Cash balance, select Withdraw, then choose Bank account and enter the amount. The web app withdraws to a crypto wallet only.
Bank withdrawals require identity verification. The first time you withdraw to a bank, the app takes you through verification before anything else. Once you are verified, you add your bank account, review the details, and confirm. Future withdrawals skip verification and open your saved bank accounts, so you only add a bank again if the list is empty.
Bank withdrawals are available for US bank accounts. Users outside the US can withdraw their balance as crypto instead by choosing Crypto wallet in the same Withdraw flow.
There are two withdrawal speeds. Standard takes 1 to 3 business days. Depending on your bank, the faster option is Instant, which arrives in minutes, or Faster, which the app estimates by the next business day.
The review screen shows the fee for each speed, and it can be Free. Withdrawal timelines are calculated on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Weekends and holidays do not count. For example, if you start a withdrawal on a Monday and a federal holiday falls on Wednesday, only Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday count toward the three-day window.
