Bank withdrawals on fomo are ran through it's identity verification partners at Spritz, they handle and processes bank withdrawals. fomo does not collect or store your verification documents.
To start, go to your portfolio, tap the three dots next to the plus sign on your Cash balance, select Withdraw, then choose Bank account. The app will guide you through the verification steps, which include submitting a valid, non-expired government-issued ID such as a passport or driver's license.
You must be 18 or older to complete identity verification and access bank withdrawals. Users aged 13 to 17 can trade on the app and withdraw their balance as crypto (USDC to an external wallet), but cannot use bank withdrawals.
If your verification was rejected, the most common reasons are an expired ID, a photo that was unclear or cut off, or an ID type that is not accepted (for example, a school ID or military ID). You can try again with a valid document.
Bank withdrawals are currently available to US bank accounts only. If you are outside the US, you can withdraw your balance as crypto instead. Go to your portfolio, tap the three dots next to the plus sign on your Cash balance, select Withdraw, then choose Crypto wallet.
