Bank withdrawals on fomo are processed through Spritz. When you initiate a withdrawal, the funds leave your fomo cash balance and are sent to Spritz for processing. Spritz then sends the funds to your bank.
There are two speed options. Standard takes 1 to 3 business days. Depending on your bank, the faster option is Instant, which arrives in minutes, or Faster, which the app estimates by the next business day. The review screen shows the fee for each speed, and it can be Free. Weekends and holidays do not count toward business days.
Bank withdrawals are in the mobile app, for US bank accounts only, and require identity verification before your first withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is 3 dollars. Balances below that can only be withdrawn as crypto by choosing Crypto wallet in the Withdraw flow.
What the statuses mean
A bank withdrawal shows Pending, then Sent to bank for processing. Sent to bank for processing means Spritz has handed the money to your bank, which can still take a business day or two to credit it.
A Pending withdrawal can't be cancelled, by you or by support. It runs on by itself.
If it shows Refund pending, the withdrawal failed, was cancelled or is being reversed, and the funds don't return to your cash balance by themselves. Tap the row and use Contact support: it opens an email to Spritz with fomo copied in, and Spritz resolves it. The row then moves to Refunded.
